Trail Snacks! Make Delicious Deceptively Gross Edible Wildlife Scat

Classes for Adults / Special Topics & Events -
Summer 2023 - Adult

Horse apples & cow chips! In this class, you'll learn how to make three recipes for delicious (but deceptively gross) "Trail Snacks" to trick your friends. Along the way, you’ll learn how to identify droppings to the kind of animal, where to find these sometimes smelly treasures, and what resources are available to further your investigations of where wildlife leave waste on the landscape.
