Walking With The Woods: Guided Forest Bathing

Classes for Adults / Health & Wellness -
Summer 2023 - Adult

Awaken your senses and connect deeply to nature around and within you. Experience a guided, meditative walk based on the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing" in one of St. Paul's lovely urban parks. Walks will occur rain or shine; dress for the weather.

All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
