T'ai Chi Ch'uan offers significant health benefits, including low-impact exercise, relaxation, stress-management, flexibility, serenity and balance. Each class consists of three segments: standing Chi Kung, floor seated Chi Kung, and the practice of T'ai Chi forms. Bring a mat. No class July 4th and August 8th.
"All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program."
