Hmong egg rolls are a must at family events! Learn how to mix the perfect filling and wrap a beautiful egg roll. Freshly fried egg rolls filled with Southeast Asian flavors will definitely be the highlight at any gathering! Chicken is the protein used.

All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.

Pahoua Xiong

Pahoua (pa-who-ah) is a Hmong American who was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. Food is what brings her family together. She grew up cooking with her friends and family. Her mom is an exceptional cook and taught her how to make the best dishes.
