Summer 2023 - Adult

Learn the basics of decorating your own cake and become your own cake boss! Learn skills in shell borders, writing and more. Decorate an 8-inch cake to take home.

All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.

Diana Hirte

Diana Hirte has been teaching cake decorating, fruit and cookie bouquets and card making for over 15 years. All of her classes involve hands on training and each student takes home a beautiful project they made themselves.
