Glass Fusing Fun
Classes for Adults / Art & Music -
Winter 2023 - Adult
Design a fused glass piece with expert guidance in a fun and casual setting. Choices include: nightlight, candle holder, small dish, pair of coasters, or a sun-catcher/hanging piece. One project per person, chosen upon arrival. Materials, tools and kiln firings included in the price. Finished artwork will be ready for pick up 1-2 weeks later.
All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.

Josephine Geiger
Josephine Geiger has exhibited her work at the American Craft Council’s St. Paul show and at the Fine Arts Exhibition of the Minnesota State Fair. She has won media awards from both the St. Paul Art Crawl and Art-a-Whirl in Minneapolis. She has a professional background in architecture and combines those years of training and design sensibility alongside loads of experience and experimentation with glass. Josephine works from her Saint Paul, Minnesota studio, creating geometric and slightly abstract ‘landscape mosaics’ crafted in traditional leaded stained glass with copper and sometimes fused elements.
