All Around Fitness is for everyone. Sessions feature exercise techniques for older adults, including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and flexibility. Work at your own pace and receive personal attention from a trained instructor. This class has a hybrid option. Joining information will be sent in your confirmation notes.
All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.

Jan Campbell has been leading a variety of group fitness classes for over 10 years with an emphasis on the Active Older Adult population. A life long dancer and ACE Group Fitness certified instructor, she enjoys sharing her love of movement , music and fitness to help others find their ways to wellness. Jan is a firm believer that exercise is the true “fountain of youth” and you are never to old, or young, to get started. Motion is lotion- no prescription needed!
