Summer 2022 - Youth
Entering grades 3-6. One of our chefs is ready to guide you into the world of French patisserie! This class is designed for those who are ready to learn how to make first-class French pastries. Sign up for pastry heaven.
Menu: Pastry Cream Filled Eclairs; Crepes with Ham and Cheese; Sables.
All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
