Beautiful vegetables are making an appearance in the farmers’ markets. Use local Minnesota grown vegetables, add spices from the other side of the world, and create your own simmery, coco-nutty curry, made just as spicy as you like it. Vegan options available.

All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.

Ishwari Rajak
Ishwari is from Nepal where she grew up cooking for her family since the age of 6. She holds dual master's degrees in Non-Profit Leadership and Gender and Women's Studies. In Nepal she worked for many years in international profit making and nonprofit organizations. In the US, she is involved in nonprofit work and mentors high school girls. Currently, she is pursuing her revived love for cooking. Self named a "lazy good cook", Ishwari has learned tricks to make cooking easier. She will be sharing some of those tips in her classes.
Ishwari has her own business in Ayurvedic healing, beauty and chocolates. She adds the element of healing to her handmade chocolates.
