T'ai Chi Ch'uan offers significant health benefits including low-impact exercise, relaxation, stress-management, flexibility, serenity and balance. Each class consists of three segments: standing Chi Kung, seated Chi Kung, and the practice of T'ai Chi forms.
All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
