Piano: Individual Lessons
Classes for Youth / Studio & Performing Arts -
Summer 2022 - Youth
Grades 1-12. Learn basic piano skills including note reading, simple rhythms, primary chords and elementary technique. These are individual half-hour lessons.
All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.

Molly Hawkinson
Molly began piano when she was seven, and guitar at sixteen. She has her bachelor degree in Studio Arts from the University of Minnesota, completed a summer intensive program in Jazz Piano at Berklee College of Music, and holds a TEFL certificate from Hamline University. She has experience across multiple creative disciplines including music, studio arts, composition, lyrical dance, and ballet. Creative self expression and creative freedom are two things she values tremendously and are important elements that she brings to her teaching. In her free time she is dancing, writing/recording songs, and cooking delicious meals.

Sara Logeais
Sara Logeais has two Bachelor’s degrees in Music Studies and Music Therapy, respectively. She absolutely loves music and greatly enjoys the opportunity to share her passion with others. In her free time, Sara can be found playing and/or listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and reading. She has been with community Ed for several years and has loved getting to know the students and being a part of the St. Paul Public School community.
