Foundations of Ki Aikido and Ki Development

Classes for Adults / Health & Wellness -
Summer 2022 - Adult

Experience the power of relaxation, focus, and connection.  Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art that emphasizes peaceful resolution of conflict.  Ki Development trains unity of mind and body through relaxation, breathing, and movement exercises that promote your natural ability to respond to stress and conflict positively and creatively.  Anyone can learn and immediately apply these principles.  Students should bring a yoga mat to class.

All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
