Level 7

-For children 7-14 years old and have completed Level 6 or have equivalent skills. Class will take place entirely in deep water.

Swimmers will work on swimming with more efficiency and power through the use of training techniques and distance swimming.

All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
