Classic Soups and Famous Stews

Classes for Adults / Culinary -
Winter 2022 - Adult

Nothing says winter like a simple and satisfying meal of soup, salad and great bread! Join us in creating hearty soups like New England Clam Chowder, Wild Rice, Pumpkin, Spilt Peas with Ham and Corn Bisque with Rosemary. We top this class off with the famous French Beef Stew in Red Wine (Beef Bourguignon).

All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program. SPPS currently requires masks for all people in a school setting (ages 2 and older), including all teachers, staff, students and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, unless they have a qualifying exemption. This includes (but is not limited to) indoor fitness classes and during culinary classes when not eating or drinking.
