T'ai Chi Ch'uan

Winter 2022 - Adult

T'ai Chi Ch'uan offers significant health benefits including low-impact exercise, relaxation, stress-management, flexibility, serenity and balance. Each class consists of three segments: Standing Chi Kung, Seated Chi Kung  and the practice of T'ai Chi forms. Please bring your own mat.

All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program. SPPS currently requires masks for all people in a school setting (ages 2 and older), including all teachers, staff, students and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, unless they have a qualifying exemption. This includes (but is not limited to) indoor fitness classes and during culinary classes when not eating or drinking.
