Chair Yoga - Online Course


Classes for Adults / Fitness & Dance -
Fall 2021 - Adult

Explore how to maintain flexibility, strength, and balance using a chair. Learn a variety of seated postures and some standing while using the chair in different ways. Have an armless chair ready for class; use of a yoga mat and block are optional.

Anne McDonough


Anne McDonough is a yoga therapist and has taught yoga since 2006. She is certified by Healing Yoga Foundation (San Francisco), Yoga Europa (Prague, Czech Republic), and is finishing her 1008-hour yoga therapy certification with Yoga Well Institute (Mill Valley, CA). She teaches in the Viniyoga approach, emphasizing breath development and functionally adapted postures.
