Club 456: Yoga Games
Classes for Youth / Fitness & Safety -
Winter 2021 - Youth
Ages 4-6. Wintertime inside can be a challenge for getting bodies moving. We will learn and practice some Yoga poses, stretches and games that allow everyone to have a chance to be a Yoga leader.

The morning of your class you will receive an email with your online meeting information. If your class has handouts those will be sent with your meeting information. Please see your Class Confirmation email for more information on joining meetings.

Nancy Paramo
Nancy grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. She has lived in several other areas since one of her favorite things to do is explore. She has lived in the St. Paul area since 2016. Her goal is to continually find new parks in the area, which is not a hard goal to meet. She completed her studies in Early Childhood Education at Roosevelt University, Chicago. The best part of leading classes with Community Ed is the engagement and giggling with kids, in her opinion.
