White Bear Lake was a haven for gangsters in the 1920s and ‘30s. Join us to hear the tales of infamous criminals such as Ma Barker, Alvin “Creepy” Karpis and Baby Face Nelson during their time in the White Bear Lake area. Register by February 16th.
