Peer behind the mysterious green curtain at what conflict really is. Understand the predictable nature of conflict and the conflict cycle and discover the connection between health and unresolved conflict. Plan and practice relaxing, respectful, and connecting conflict resolutions.

Lea Bittner-Eddy is a Wellbeing Consultant who has worked with organizations and individuals for more than 20 years facilitating and supporting discovery and development practices. Lea has lived and worked in New Zealand, England and the US and brings a practical, simple and "good enough" approach to being well. Lea has worked with the City of Minneapolis, University of Minnesota and Minnesota's Department of Human Services and hundreds of community groups. Lea enjoys nurturing welcoming environments where people feel free to bring their authentic selves to the discussion.
