Kat Nelson has worked as a chef and cook in Twin Cities restaurants for over 10 years. She currently owns and operates Ingrid Lime’s, a cottage foods business that sells bread, pastries, and hot sauce at local farmer’s markets. This is her first time teaching with St. Paul Community Education.
