Spring Meditations in Nature

Classes for Adults / Health & Wellness -
Spring 2024- Adult

Meditate outdoors, supported by our ever-moving, ever-changing nature. Each class features a different kind of meditation from the nonviolent Japanese martial art of Shinshin Toitsu Aikido, promoting connection to self, land, and the beings in the park.
