Movemindfully- Body Practices (Adult+Child)


Classes for Adults / Fitness & Dance -
Spring 2024- Adult

One adult and one child, ages 5-15. Register under the child’s name. The everyday stressors of work and school impact our ability to find peace at home. Explore fun and practical Breathe Move Rest strategies to use throughout the day. Create a toolkit of simple mind-body practices to decrease stress/anxiety, increase focus, and create family connection. Bring a mat to class.


What you will learn: 

Morning routines for a successful start of the day 

After school strategies to help with homework 

Bedtime routines for a good night sleep

Kathy Flaminio

Kathy is the CEO and founder of movemindfully® a training and consulting company that brings the science of mindfulness, movement, and social-emotional learning into educational, therapeutic, and home environments. Kathy holds a master’s degree in social work and is a registered yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience guiding individuals to integrate simple mind-body practices into their life. Kathy's Energy Medicine Yoga® classes integrate acupressure, tapping, and yoga-based movement for physical, emotional, and mental health. All levels are welcome.
