T'ai Chi Chih is a series of slow movements that form a moving meditation. The movements work to circulate chi (energy) throughout the body for health and well-being. Benefits can include stress reduction, improved balance, a better immune system and increased calmness. Wear comfortable layered clothing.
Ev Hanson-Florin started on her yoga and T’ai Chi Chih path through classes St. Paul Community Education and with the International T'ai Chi Chih Community. She found great pleasure teaching in the UK and has now returned to St. Paul Community Education, the organization that started her on this journey.
